Urgent Care Polaris Parkway provides same-day care for most minor illnesses and injuries. Conditions treated include animal and insect bites and stings, asthma flare-ups (wheezing, not improving with inhalers, no difficulty breathing), cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms (body ache, congestion, cough, fever, sinus infection, sore throat), cuts, bruises or may need stitches, earache and infection, injuries (possible broken bones, sprains, dislocations), minor allergic reactions, minor burns, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea without bleeding, abdominal pain or dehydration, minor nosebleeds, pink-eye, red eye, itching, rashes, sexually transmitted diseases with symptoms, sprains and strains, suture/staple removal, urinary, kidney, and bladder infections, and wound check (increased pain, tenderness, redness, swelling or warmth around the cut or injury, fever, or other changes0.Services offered include drug screenings, onsite X-rays, physicals, select immunizations, and select laboratory testing.Additional locations listed here Urgent Care locations.

Operates a family practice medical clinic offering medical services by family practice residents. Offers some gynecology services but not obstetrics. Clients become established as a primary care patient of the clinic. Services to clients include, but not limited to, physicals, pediatrics, immunizations, care for illnesses, and case management.

Professional educators provide community programs and screenings to promote health and wellness. Programs include Women in Touch, Healthier at Home, Resource Mothers, Fatherhood Support, Centering Pregnancy, Hispanic Health, Stepping Out, Prescription Assistance and community health events for men and women. Screenings include blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure, osteoporosis, body fat, balance, and carbon monoxide.

Provides walk-in treatment services for people who have minor illnesses or injuries. X-ray, labwork, and EKG services available on-site.

Free medical ministry that serves uninsured and underinsured members of our community with free medical appointments, prescription assistance, and specialist appointments. Medical services include physicals, high blood pressure, diabetes, UTIs, strep throat. The clinic doesn't prescribe narcotics or currently not able to test for COVID-19. The Heritage Community Clinic offers free primary and specialty health care to qualifying adults ages 18-64 in southeast Ohio counties. We currently offer medical clinics in the following specialties: primary care, diabetes and osteopathic manipulative medicine. Referrals are provided to other health care providers as needed, as well as assistance in obtaining medications and supplies for qualifying patients.

Also provides respiratory therapy referrals. Diagnostic testing provided for blood tests. Limited cancer screenings provided. Lab services now offered on site. If the patients's needs cannot be met, clinic will try to arrange for an appropriate referral. Does not do PAP tests; for those, clinic recommends going to the Kno-Ho-Co Clinic. Social Services Director/Wellness Coordinator is available to patients to provide resource referral and coordination to address different needs. * All services have a faith-based message.
