Urgent Care facility at 20 West Locust Street in Newark, staffed by LMH Emergency Physicians offers diagnosis, treatment, and management of urgent medical conditions and minor trauma when the patient's primary care physician is unavailable.

We provide inpatient and outpatient mental health services to those that are suicidal, homicidal, dual diagnosis or experiencing acute or severe behavioral changes.We have state tested nursing aides, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy available to meet individualized needs.

The Noor Community Clinic doors are open to patients from all faiths and cultures and not just to Muslim patients. Primary care is provided for patients who lack access to more traditional health care providers. We treat patients for chronic illness such as diabetes and hypertension, as well as more acute conditions such as respiratory infections. In the event that a patient’s condition is beyond the scope of our resources, we refer patients to the Wexner Medical Center at the Ohio State University for further care.

In addition to primary care; offers same-day medical attention for adults and children with acute medical problems which are not life-threatening and do not require an emergency room visit. Urgent care problems which can be seen include acute sore throat; ear or sinus infections, minor cuts and bumps; cold and flu symptoms, sprains and strains, or skin rashes. Would not see broken bones; major burns or trauma; or acute psychiatric problems.

Offers access to primary care physicians and urgent care for immediate by not critical health issues. Serious medical issues should be addressed by the Emergency Department at the main hospital.

Provides testing children ages birth-21 years old. Offers medical imaging, EKG, X-rays, laboratory services, ultrasounds, and a cardiac echo.

Spring House Health offers a fresh approach to primary healthcare called "Direct Primary Care" with a focus on school-aged youth and their families (all ages newborn and older welcomed). The fresh approach includes personalized care with extended office hour options, phone and telehealth visits, and affordable access for patients regardless of insurance status- no insurance needed. Medicare and Medicaid patients welcome but no insurance companies are ever billed for spring house health services, including Medicare and Medicaid.

If gender-affirming hormone treatment is part of your care plan, staff can help you coordinate your treatment with any other medications you are taking. Staff can also teach you how to give yourself injections and answer any other questions you may have.
