Women’s Center–East offers free medical-quality pregnancy tests as well as ultrasound evaluations, abortion information, and consulting on pregnancy decisions. All services are free and confidential to ensure that decisions made about a client's health are based upon sound, factual medical information in a comfortable, professional center. Also offers information about abortion and alternatives, free ultrasounds, post-abortion support and mentoring services. Quantities and ability to earn material assistance are determined by the agency.

Provide temporary shelter for single women and women with children who are homeless. Length of stay is 30 days with goal of moving to stable housing. Assistance with finding permanent housing and other resources.

Provides pregnancy consultation, testing and ultrasounds for women facing unplanned pregnancy. Also provides STD testing and treatment.

Offers confidential emotional support for women who are distressed by an unplanned pregnancy. Provides referrals for medical, legal, educational, and housing needs. Provides information on prenatal development, job search/career development, adoption, childbirth, child care options, and child safety issues.

Provides 24/7 hotline services, free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds for expectant mothers, clothing and baby items for mother and baby, access to local family resources, and information about pregnancy, adoption, how to care for a newborn. Does not provide referrals to abortions.

Provides a Reproductive Health and Wellness program that enables families to choose if and when to have children. Clients will see a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) who can prescribe birth control, perform gynecological exams, and test for sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

Provides pregnancy options counseling services from a pro-life perspective that encourages taking the pregnancy to term. A pregnancy test, ultrasound, community referrals and support are offered as part of the options counseling.

Program provides pregnancy support through education, one-on-one support services, decision-making counseling, outreach to individuals at home, hospital or community setting.

Family and Senior Services overview of programs supporting families: Counseling: One-in-five Americans struggle with diagnosed mental health issues. Yet, mental illness is still stigmatized in our society. When mental health and negative stigmas are paired with poverty and hardship, the most vulnerable among us may have the most difficulty accessing vital mental health resources. CSS provides high-quality mental healthcare to low-income clients who are school age and older, because we believe income should not be a barrier to accessing mental healthcare. We employ licensed social workers and our counseling program is nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA) and certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. Maternal Counseling: CSS’ Maternal Counseling program allows our licensed social workers to provide clinical counseling to mothers in their homes. This is essential for helping low-income mothers—many of whom experience pregnancy- or parenting-related stressors such as postpartum depression, relationship problems, isolation, or a lack of support. We have seen through our experience with this population that new mothers often have multiple barriers to care and lack the resources they need to raise their children in safe, nurturing environments. We are one of the only agencies that visits these mothers in their homes to remove barriers to care, like finding childcare and transporting children. We are committed to giving low-income mothers the support they need to keep themselves and their children healthy. Case Management: CSS’ case manager is available to help clients tackle the multitude of barriers to economic self-sufficiency and overall family well-being. Our case manager can help clients acquire affordable housing, learn how to manage their finances, find childcare, find jobs, access benefits and community resources, and more. Our case manager acts as an advocate and support for clients who lack strong support systems. Our Lady of Guadalupe Center: Through Our Lady of Guadalupe Center, CSS works to reduce poverty by addressing its root causes within the immigrant Hispanic community concentrated on the west side of Columbus. This population is growing and experiences disproportionate poverty. In 2017, CSS expanded the Guadalupe Center facility, which allows us to serve more people. In addition to meeting their emergency needs, we now offer holistic case management and wrap-around services which will transform our clients’ capacity to become self-sufficient Pathways to Hope (Pathways): CSS’ Pathways to Hope program addresses homelessness and domestic violence in the Columbus, Ohio area. Pathways steps in to empower survivors of domestic violence with children by offering two years of case management. By supporting survivors and their children as they leave the homeless shelter, we help them rebuild their lives in safe homes, with stable incomes and a network of healthy, supportive relationships. Stay the Course™: CSS will place three case managers at Columbus State Community College starting in August 2019 to replicate Catholic Charities of Fort Worth’s trademarked Stay the Course™ program. Case managers will help low-income students persist in school and ultimately graduate, equipping them with credentials that increase earning power. The Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities (LEO) at the University of Notre Dame will evaluate the program’s results. St. Francis Center: The St. Francis Center serves Portsmouth, Ohio as a one-stop community center providing families hot meals, clothing and household items, food, and emergency assistance. Meets the needs of those unprepared for pregnancy with pregnancy testing, limited ultrasound, mentoring, parenting education, baby furniture, and clothing.

Provides women's and men's health services such as birth control, gynecology, breast examinations, pap smears and mammograms for women and testicular exams and prostate exams and tests for men. Offers obstetric and pregnancy services such as midwifery, obstetrics, prenatal care, pregnancy testing, pregnancy counseling, genetic counseling, and teen family planning programs. Also offers obstetric clients supportive services such as counseling, childbirth and breastfeeding education, and information and referral services.

Provides pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, sexually transmitted disease (STD) testing and treatment, and information about adoption and parenting. The Center's patients may qualify for a wide range of services, including education classes, baby formula, baby wipes, and diapers.

Offers pregnancy related services including pregnancy testing, abortion referrals and adoption referrals. Provides contraceptive counseling, birth control, emergency contraception, sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment and HIV testing.

Offers counseling and support to pregnant women from a pro-life perspective. Provides referrals to adoption agencies, county programs, doctors and hospitals, and psychiatric counseling. Support can be offered to the client's family as well as to the father (or alleged father) of the baby. Participants have the opportunity to earn points that may be used to purchase baby items from the agency such as: infant clothing, formula, diapers, etc.

Provides client services for someone facing an unplanned pregnancy, Services are free and confidential and are tailored to help the client think through all options, including abortion, adoption, and parenting. Women's Center offers abortion alternatives including pregnancy tests and ultrasound to determined the fetus age and viability, and more. Offers free pregnancy test and assistance, free ultrasounds, post-abortion support group, and mentoring services. Also offers free material assistance, such as infant formula, diapers, infant needs etc. Quantities and ability to earn material assistance are determined by agency.
