Walk in assistance for the homeless. Provide a nights lodging at a local motel for the homeless. Can also assist with low cost medications. For those just starting a job and needing special shoes like steel toed or non skid they can help with purchase of the shoes. Help in replacing identification and prescription assistance.

Program provides and expands Healthy Start program by targeting families that are working to earn self sufficiency and do not have health care for themselves. Services include doctor visits, hospital care, immunizations, prescriptions, vision, dental, and preventative care.

Provides free prescription medication to patients. Screens and refers patients to other agencies to meet other social needs. See formulary on website for list of medications provided consistently. Call for questions about availability of specific medications not on formulary.

Community Relief Program provides emergency funds to assist Tipp City, Monroe Township and Bethel Township residents ONLY, one time during a 12 month period with prescriptions.

Emergency financial assistance is available for prescriptions.

Provides medications to treat HIV and HIV-related conditions. Also assists individuals who are HIV positive and have an HIV-related emergency need in the following areas: medical services, limited dental services and limited mental health services.

Offers financial assistance to cancer patients and their families, including transportation, prescription, and financial assistance, medical and nutrition supplies, and specialized clothing/wigs.

Salvation Army has limited assistance, when funds are available, for emergency only prescriptions, after all other resources have been exhausted.

Provides limited financial assistance in emergency situations. Generally assists with rent, transportation (gas cards and car repairs), utilities, and emergency home repairs, However, assistance with other services may be available depending on the situation. Assistance is based on availability of funding and on a case-by case basis.

Provides payment assistance to those undergoing active treatment for breast cancer. Assistance may be up to $1000, but that amount is not always available. Funding may be used for the following: temporary support of living expenses such as housing, utilities, and food; transportation to and from treatments; child care during diagnostic and treatment procedures; job training for those who lose their jobs after their diagnosis; mental health services not covered by insurance; assistance with treatment costs, prescriptions, and co-pays not covered by insurance; costs of participation in clinical trials that are not covered by insurance.

Crisis assistance is available for prescriptions.

Provides medical prescriptions for life-saving medicine to qualifying individuals. Life-saving prescriptions include those needed by diabetics, such as insulin, heart and blood pressure medication, and drugs used by asthmatics or those with other breathing disorders.

Provides prescription assistance to individuals diagnosed with epilepsy, seizure disordrs or sysmptoms associated with epilepsy by a physician in our service area. Income must be at or below 400% of federal poverty guidelines.

Provides financial assistance to purchase necessary prescription drugs for people who are in an emergency situation. Will help pay up to $100 in prescriptions. Assistance is limited, based on available funding, and is on a case-by-case basis.

Provides an allowance of $100 that enables eligible individuals to purchase over-the-counter medical supplies.
