Emergency assistance with prescriptions may be provided to veterans discharged under honorable conditions in a time of need. When a veteran is requesting assistance the emergency support eligibility must be determined with the required documents according to the ESR (Emergency Soldier's Relief) policy.
Provides assistance with medications and transportation, medical equipment, and nutritional supplements for patients suffering from end stage renal disease or who are newly transplanted. Must income qualify for ongoing assistance.

This is an income-based program that assists people who need help buying prescription medication. Certain medications are excluded. Offers Financial assistance and free injections is given to qualifying individuals who are uninsured, under insured or who cannot meet their insurance co pays. Offers Outpatient Detox, IOP, Detox, Casemanagement, Residentail Placement,Transporations assistance, Domestic Violence/Anger Management programs, Counseling, Group Theraphy and more.
Assistance may be provided for eligible veterans or their surviving spouses to help pay for prescriptions.
Provides limited assistance to anyone in need in the Jamestown area. Will assist with food, personal products, infant/toddler needs, gas/oil, utilities (water, electric and gas), prescriptions, and limited financial aid for a wide variety of situations. Will provide traveler's aid on a case-by-case basis.
