Co-Pay Assistance Program | Leukemia And Lymphoma Society

Provides up to $5,000 for those with specific, leukemia-related diagnoses to assist in paying for private health insurance premiums, private insurance co-pay obligations, Medicare Part B, Medicare Plan D, Medicare Supplementary Health Insurance and Medicare Advantage premium or co-pay obligations. Prescription drugs covered under this program include those supplied to the patient by a pharmacy or administered in an office or hospital by a health care provider. The program does not cover office visit co-pays, or diagnostic procedures such as: PET/CAT/MRI scans, X-rays, etc.

Prescription Expense Assistance | Caring Connection

The Caring Connection can assist Washington County residents who have no insurance coverage and are not eligible for State or Federal assistance. Emergency Prescriptions: Caring Connection may pay for up to a 30-day supply of medication upon presentation of a valid prescription and proof of identity, and proof of need. On-Going Prescriptions: For those who need medication every month, Caring Connection will work with your doctor to apply to the manufacturer for free or low-cost prescriptions.

Financial Assistance - Cancer | Cancer Association Of Darke County

Provides reimbursement for some expenses incurred by Darke County residents who have a confirmed cancer diagnosis. Reimbursement of 25 cents/mile (up to $200) per month may be provided for mileage to and from cancer-related appointments (not including trips to the pharmacy), up to $100/month for prescription expense assistance, and up to $75/month for assistance with the purchase of medical supplies. Program participants are eligible for services up to 5 years unless in active treatment. Does not cover basic living expenses such as rent, mortgages, utility payments or food. Executive Director determines whether mileage is to be reimbursed as it links to the cancer diagnosis.
