Offers an interactive map of free blood pressure check locations where individuals can either borrow a blood pressure or get their blood pressure checked by a professional for free. Also has a list of local libraries where individuals can borrow a blood pressure monitor.

Individuals 60 and over may qualify for the medical equipment loan program include canes, walkers, transfer benches, and wheel chairs. If they have it they will loan it and items are expected to be returned when no longer needed. They do NOT have lift chairs available.

Provides a vending machine of health-related items, including: * Narcan * Fentanyl test strips * Deterra packets * Condoms * Tick removal kits * Pregnancy test kits * First aid kits * Toothbrushes, tooth paste, and floss * Travel size shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner * Hand sanitizer * Feminine hygiene products * COVID-19 tests * Flu tests

Offers a variety of durable medical equipment on loan from one day up to three months if need be. Those who borrow the equipment are asked to sign a waiver form, which is provided. There is no charge but donations are welcome. We can provide the following items: Wheelchairs, walkers, canes, crutches, rollator walkers, shower chairs, bed side commodes, bedside tables, reachers, knee scooters, bed rails, and other misc. items.

Provides medical supplies and equipment, food and nutritional supplements, medication financial assistance and wigs, turbans and breast prostheses.

Serves as a pick-up site for people who menstruate to receive pads or tampons for their period. - Provided through United Way of Greater Lorain County's Change the Cycle program. NOTE: Single pads are also available for free in the first floor women's restroom and the second floor family restroom.

Provides necessary home healthcare equipment and supplies that are required by people who are coping with the effects of a chronic health condition or disability or are convalescing following surgery or illness. Offers respiratory aids and oxygen, nutritional supplements and equipment, hygiene supplies, aerosol medication supplies and equipment, sleep apnea equipment, surgical supports, ambulatory equipment, non-ambulatory equipment including lift chairs, hospital beds, and equipment repairs. Offers home delivery.

In-home client assessments link individuals with appropriate long-term services; services are an alternative to nursing home placement which include but are not limited to adult day care, home-delivered meals, chore service, homemaker, minor home modifications, medical transportation, personal care, social work counseling, nutritional counseling, emergency response, independent living assistance, medical supplies and medical equipment.

Medical equipment is available for loan - walkers, canes, wheelchairs, shower seats, and more as available.

Provides adaptive and medical equipment for those persons who are disabled and in need. Items available vary, but will generally have walkers, wheelchairs (power and manual), toilet seats, bedside commodes, incontinence supplies (adult diapers, bedding protection, etc.), glucose monitors, crutches, 4-prong canes and bath seats. Items can be borrowed for as long as an individual may need the item. Return of item(s) is encouraged; however, not required.

Sells and rents medical supplies and equipment including wheelchairs, vents, CPAP machines, rehabilitation equipment, and oxygen. Offers accessibility products such as ramps, stairlifts, vehicle lifts, and door openers.

Provide services to help people with visual impairments gain or retain employment. Services could include evaluation, vocational counseling and guidance, providing adaptive equipment, training in the use of assistive technology (ex:JAWS) and orientation and mobility (helping people get around), treatment and job placement assistance.

Provides diapers to eligible parents and child guardians. Offers sizes Newborn to Size 7. Also offers adult incontinence supplies and menstrual supplies. - Items provided by the Heart of Ohio Diaper Bank.

The Wig and Mastectomy Boutique offers cancer patients wigs, Zip tees, mastectomy bras, turbans, hats, and personal care items in a comfortable, private atmosphere.

Provides medical supplies and equipment to cancer patients through a medical loan cabinet. Assists with purchase of prescription cancer medications. Assists with doctor/hospital bills after insurance, as decided by the Cancer Club members.

Provides clothing and hygiene products to individuals and families in need including diapers, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, dish soap, laundry soap, and so forth. Supplies pads and tampons to menstruating individuals though United Way of Greater Lorain's Change the Cycle Program.
