Offers an interactive map of free blood pressure check locations where individuals can either borrow a blood pressure or get their blood pressure checked by a professional for free. Also has a list of local libraries where individuals can borrow a blood pressure monitor.

Provides necessary home healthcare equipment and supplies that are required by people who are coping with the effects of a chronic health condition or disability or are convalescing following surgery or illness. Offers respiratory aids and oxygen, nutritional supplements and equipment, hygiene supplies, aerosol medication supplies and equipment, sleep apnea equipment, surgical supports, ambulatory equipment, non-ambulatory equipment including lift chairs, hospital beds, and equipment repairs. Offers home delivery.

Will temporarily loan out simple medical equipment such as the following: * Wheelchairs * Walkers * Crutches * Potty chairs Will also accept donations of this type of medical equipment. DOES NOT have larger items like hospital beds, lifts or mechanical stair climbers.

Community Emergency Response Team coordinates with area agencies and businesses to administer assitance to the public during times of disaster.

Provides free diapers, pull-ups, wipes, adult incontinence supplies, and menstrual supplies. - Diapers are provided by the Heart of Ohio Diaper Bank.

Offers medical and mobility equipment to multiple sclerosis (MS) clients who qualify including: - A Cooling Kit which includes a vest worn under clothing with a variety of accessories for the neck, wrists and ankles; or - A Standard Cooling Vest which is worn over clothing. - A variety of bathroom and home safety products such as shower chairs, grab bars, and hand rails as well as mobility devices including canes and walkers.
