Offers an information line to help people understand, compare and sign-up for the Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Benefit and the Low Income Subsidy. Works with beneficiaries to resolve Medicare Part D problems. Also helps those who are already receiving Medicare Part D benefits and want to select a different plan for the next calendar year. Offers volunteers who will meet with seniors one-on-one.
