Women'S Health Center | University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center

Provides a women's clinic staffed by residents, nurse practitioners, and nurse midwives who offer obstetrics, gynecology (OB/GYN) and family planning services for women. Licensed midwives and physicians provide childbirth education and health care services for pregnant women during pregnancy and delivery. Offers pregnancy tests, pap tests, birth control, and STD testing. Also offers nutrition services. Provides clients supportive services including social work and nutrition services.

Bringing Healthy Home | Hocking Athens Perry Community Action

Bringing Healthy Home is a program of Hocking Athens Perry Community Action and the Southeast Ohio Foodbank that is funded by the Ohio Department of Health .The program provides nutritious food .education, and case management to pregnant and postpartum individuals and their families. Program includes: - Food Deliveries - once a month during pregnancy and once a month for 4 months following birth. The amount of food is dependent on family size. - Home Visits & Case Management - will occur at the time of food delivery. - Group Educational Activities - there will be several opportunities to attend educational events with the programs cohorts. - Communication - active communication with program staff is encouraged.
