Offers a CPR/AED certification course and BLS training for healthcare professionals.

Provides fire prevention and protection services for the residents of Strongsville. Offers carbon monoxide testing, blood pressure screening, fire prevention information and education, CPR classes, safety and first aid for babysitters, safety awareness seminars, home safety inspections, and fire extinguisher training. Will speak to interested groups.

Public CPR Classes are offered on an as-needed basis by community request.

Provides Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED training and certification through the American Red Cross.

Offers CPR training for professionals who may need certification and for general public. Provides a list of American Heart Association approved CPR courses. Includes advanced life-support CPR courses for professionals, as well as AED (Automated External Defibrillator) training.

Offers fire prevention services including information, education, fire station tours, fire drill and escape plan development, and fire extinguisher classes. Makes available carbon monoxide testing, smoke detectors, and emergency beacon lights. Performs home evaluations, offers blood pressure screening, and CPR classes (non-certification only).

Offers a variety of physical, educational and exercise classes, basic CPR and first-aid training, club programs, camping, trips, tours, and social programs for all ages. Operates a licensed child care center.

Provides health programs and courses for the community including CPR instruction, first aid classes, and automated external defibrillator training.

Offers State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) classes and is a authorized provider in First Aid training, CPR and ECC courses, beginner and renewal courses available. Has a training site in Ontario, Ashland and Wooster.

Classes teach child care providers, babysitters, parents, grandparents, teachers and others who supervise children to recognize and care for cardiac and breathing emergencies common to infants and children.

Provides people with Diabetes and their family members class activities that consist of three sessions that educate on appropriate food choices. These classes are instructed certified Diabetes Educator from Greene County Combined Health District. These class sessions also prepare a diabetic friendly fare by the OSU Extension staff for the tasting of healthy foods. A reunion is offered three months after the last class to further support dietary and physical activity changes.

Classes offered in CPR instruction and first aid for adults, infant/child, re-certifications, & professional rescuer.

Offers personal enrichment and recreational programs such as first aid, home repair instruction, photography, real estate, scrapbooking, dance, computer instruction and financial management classes. Provides babysitting instruction, days camps and art and crafts for youth.
