The Triple S Wellness Program provides group/individual activities that give the client(s) the opportunity to discover hobbies they enjoy, reintegrate back into the community and interact/build relationships with others in recovery while promoting self-growth and independence.

Offers a nutrition education program for pregnant women, nursing mothers, infants and children 5 years and younger. Provides supplemental food through the WIC Nutrition Card that can be used at local grocery stores. Provides formula for infants. Offers breastfeeding education and support, including, breast pumps for work or school. WIC also provides referrals to health and other social services.

Provides a women's clinic staffed by residents, nurse practitioners, and nurse midwives who offer obstetrics, gynecology (OB/GYN) and family planning services for women. Licensed midwives and physicians provide childbirth education and health care services for pregnant women during pregnancy and delivery. Offers pregnancy tests, pap tests, birth control, and STD testing. Also offers nutrition services. Provides clients supportive services including social work and nutrition services.

Provides family practice medical care, women's health care, pediatrics, beavioral health/counseling, dietetics and nutrition and chronic care management.

Provides fire prevention and protection services for the City of South Euclid. Provides smoke detectors for eligible residents; also offers periodic CPR classes and child passenger safety programs.

Bringing Healthy Home is a program of Hocking Athens Perry Community Action and the Southeast Ohio Foodbank that is funded by the Ohio Department of Health .The program provides nutritious food .education, and case management to pregnant and postpartum individuals and their families. Program includes: - Food Deliveries - once a month during pregnancy and once a month for 4 months following birth. The amount of food is dependent on family size. - Home Visits & Case Management - will occur at the time of food delivery. - Group Educational Activities - there will be several opportunities to attend educational events with the programs cohorts. - Communication - active communication with program staff is encouraged.

Offers services to prevent and control sexually transmitted infections by testing, diagnosis, treatment and prevention education. Clinic has an on-site lab which provides some same day results. The clinic staff provides information about STIs, ways to prevent infections and linkage to other community resources as needed.

Provides mental health support services to wounded veterans via group activities, online mental health screening/support and one to one peer mentoring. Restore Veterans offers veterans online mental health screening and support tools such as self-help guides and online videos of other veterans sharing their personal experiences. One to one peer support is also available and all peer mentors are alumni of the Wounded Warrior program and are certified by Wounded Warrior to perform their duties.

Community health workers link individuals who have medical, social, and educational barriers to resources in Muskingum County.

Offers a paramedicine program to reduce the number of non-emergency 9-1-1 calls. Paramedicine specialists serve as patient advocates and help to assist in patient compliance with recommended treatment.
