The Health Center is a patient-centered medical home offering preventive and primary care to patients of all ages. Medical services will include, but are not limited to: treatment of illness such as ear aches, colds, sore throats, sinus infections and management of chronic disease such as diabetes; physical exams for work, school and sports; well-child exams; immunizations for children and adults; and women’s health including pregnancy tests and Pap tests. Dental services include cleanings, fillings, sealants, extractions, x-rays, fluoride treatments, oral health exams and oral cancer screenings. Other clinical services include substance abuse treatment and counseling services. Health Center staff will also connect patients with other community services that can help them, including tobacco cessation classes and nutrition counseling. Medical services are available at the East Main Street Danville Health Center location.

Operates both a general and surgical hospital which provides comprehensive medical care. Provides medical records pertaining to services administered by the VA Medical system, and can direct patients to their primary care physician, if needed.

Provides disability outreach and support services for families directly affected by disabilities. Services include health education and life skills programs, parent support, links to health and other resources, referrals, and mentoring.

Offers a community specialty hospital. Provides patient information and access to patient records.

Offers free searchable database of physicians in Boone, Campbell, and Kenton counties who are members of the Northern Kentucky Medical Society. Community members may search for physicians by name, speciality, or practice name.

Avita Health System operates three hospitals: Galion Hospital, Bucyrus Hospital, and Ontario Hospital. Provides North Central Ohio residents a 24/7 full-service emergency department, inpatient care, surgical care, emergency heart attack care, and a wide variety of specialty service lines.

Provides an accredited, pediatric rehabilitation hospital that serves infants and children with complex chronic illnesses, disabilities, and congenital conditions (such as heart disease). Commonly treated injuries/conditions include head/brain injuries, neuromuscular conditions (cerebral palsy, stroke) spinal cord injuries, and chronic pain; in addition to kidney dialysis. Also provides assessments and evaluations to diagnose conditions such as autism. Offers recommendations and physician referrals.

Provides a 24/7 full-service emergency room department, with 200 medical personnel representing 35 medical specialties.

Provides both family practice and pediatric care to area residents, regardless of ability to pay. For patient convenience there is an on site laboratory, pharmacy assistance program, social workers and a care navigator.

Provide assistance with location of non-custodial parents, paternity establishment, establishment and enforcement of child support orders, establishment and enforcement of medical support orders, review and modification of support orders, request other states to enforce an Ohio order of support for parents who live-out-of-state, collecting and disbursing child support payments, and termination of Support Orders.

Provides a list of member physicians who provide home care. Most are visiting physicians, but some may be providing other home health services.

A referral specialist helps patients find a physician that is accepting new patients and make an informed decision by answering questions about a doctor's educational background as well as types of insurance accepted and office hours.

Provides a list of doctors who provide Suboxone (Buprenorphine) maintenance treatment for patients with opioid dependence.

Operates as a 371-bed acute care hospital offering a full range of services and physicians skilled in providing that care. Part of the Cleveland Clinic Health System. Also offers medical records information and physician referrals.

Offers free searchable directory of doctors, physical therapists, and other medical specialists that can assist patients with a bladder, bowel, or pelvic floor health condition.

Provides medical services for urgent situations concerning illnesses or injuries. The Iris Program serves victims of sexual assault and rape. Offers anonymous exams, treatment plans, outreach, and education. Ohio safe-haven laws legally allow otherwise unharmed infants to be left at WCH to become wards of the state.
