Provides financial assistance to low-income active United States military personnel (all branches of service) currently deployed overseas and to low-income post 9/11 Veterans with a wound, illness or injury received in the line of duty (LOD). Accepted reasons for financial assistance include mortgage assistance, rent assistance, home repairs, utility assistance, auto repairs, auto payments, travel and transportation, moving assistance, essential home items (mattresses and box springs and appliances such as washer, dryer, refrigerator, and stove), medical expense assistance, emergency dental assistance, child and dependent care assistance, critical baby items, and other financial assistance. Offers emergency financial assistance for critical baby items, food, and vision care to active duty service member with rank of rank E1-E6 with DEERS-eligible dependents. Note: Does NOT provide financial assistance for credit card debt or personal loans and does NOT assist with down payments for vehicles or homes.

Provides comprehensive vision care to uninsured and underinsured individuals of all ages in Ohio. Services offered include vision care education, free eye examinations and free eyeglasses, and financial resources for ophthalmological care. Must meet the qualification process. Note: Program assists with eyeglasses but not with contact lenses.
Offers adapted recreation and physical activity programs for individuals with disabilities. Services include adapted aquatics, fitness classes, personal training, sports clubs, outdoor adventure/indoor climbing, and camps.
Provides participants with a structured day of activities in a safe environment; breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided; for persons with Alzheimer's, a related disorder, or frail elderly. Transportation available.

Provides home modifications to make the home more accessible such as: ramp installation, lowered counters, widened doors, and accessible bathroom features.
