Offers help from health, social services and child development professionals. Home visits may include: - Supporting preventive health and prenatal practices; - Assisting mothers on how to best breastfeed and care for their babies; - Promoting parents' use of positive parenting techniques; and - Working with parents to set goals for the future, continuing their education, and find employment and childcare solutions.
