Clients can fill prescriptions written by Care Alliance doctors at a specific pharmacy at a discounted price. Care Coordinators also assist patients with finding and applying for prescription assistance programs. Provides substance abuse and behavioral health counseling.

Will also help clients access and complete paperwork for patient assistance programs that provide prescriptions.

Offers confidential HIV / AIDS / STD testing, and provides HIV / AIDS / STD prevention supplies and information. Also provides primary care services and case management for those who are HIV positive or have AIDS.

HIV counseling and treatment referral services are available. The Health Center is a patient-centered medical home offering preventive and primary care to patients of all ages. Medical services will include, but are not limited to: treatment of illness such as ear aches, colds, sore throats, sinus infections and management of chronic disease such as diabetes; physical exams for work, school and sports; well-child exams; immunizations for children and adults; and women’s health including pregnancy tests and Pap tests. Dental services include cleanings, fillings, sealants, extractions, x-rays, fluoride treatments, oral health exams and oral cancer screenings. Other clinical services include substance abuse treatment and counseling services. Health Center staff will also connect patients with other community services that can help them, including tobacco cessation classes and nutrition counseling.
