Offer an array of services for children including physical exams, immunizations, vision & hearing testing, developmental screening, autism screening, nutrition screening, dental assessment, referral information, social services assesments. Also offer car seats when available.

Provides primary care, dentistry, and behavioral health services. Accepts all major public and private insurance, and offers a sliding scale fee for those without insurance. In addition to primary care, specialty services include: HIV/AIDS Specialty Care, Trans Health, LGBTQ Relevant Care, PrEP/PEP Treatment, Women’s Health, HIV/STI Testing, Hep C Testing.
