Comprehensive harm-reduction and syringe access program targeted towards people who inject drugs and other high-risk individuals in an effort to prevent the spread of blood-borne infections. Provides access to Naloxone, medical care, HIV, HCV, and STI testing, safer sex and safer injection materials, behavioral health, drug treatment referrals, and other services to help IV-drug users.

Provides rapid tests to pick-up for at-home COVID-19 testing.

Provides a women's clinic staffed by residents, nurse practitioners, and nurse midwives who offer obstetrics, gynecology (OB/GYN) and family planning services for women. Licensed midwives and physicians provide childbirth education and health care services for pregnant women during pregnancy and delivery. Offers pregnancy tests, pap tests, birth control, and STD testing. Also offers nutrition services. Provides clients supportive services including social work and nutrition services.

Provides on site hearing and speech/language screenings for children ages 3 to 6 years old. School screenings are for children ages 6 years and older.

Provides health assessments for older adults. Assessment includes review of health and medication history, vision, weight, pulse, blood pressure, and blood sugar. When indicated, referrals are made to a primary care physician or to another appropriate source of care.

Provides treatment for obstetric and gynecological problems. Specializes in high-risk and teen pregnancy services, including teen talk classes to prepare pregnant teens for childbirth. Also provides annual pap smears, breast exams, and contraceptive services.

Hispanic Health program designed to help the Hispanic community have access to medical care, social services and health education. Provide blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure screenings. Health Liaison serves as the link between the Hispanic community and health services. Assistance given to clients in Spanish with appointments and interpretations. The Promotora (community health liaison) teaches basic health education topics in Spanish.

Strives to protect people from the potentially deadly effects of the drugs they use, reduce HIV risk, increase access to treatment services and reduce public drug use and improper disposal of hypodermic needles and syringes. Services available include: - Syringe exchange. - Narcan kits. - Fentanyl test strips. - Peer support. - HIV/AIDS and hepatitis C testing.

They will not be open to the public on Wednesdays and Fridays. People may call and speak with a staff person on Wednesdays and Fridays. Operates the InfantSEE public health program designed to ensure that eye and vision care becomes an integral part of infant wellness care to improve a child's quality of life. Offers a comprehensive infant eye assessment within the first year of life as a free public health service by AOA member optometrists.

Offers an interactive map of free blood pressure check locations where individuals can either borrow a blood pressure or get their blood pressure checked by a professional for free. Also has a list of local libraries where individuals can borrow a blood pressure monitor.

Tobacco cessation program to help pregnant women quit smoking and stay tobacco free after baby is born. Women who enroll in the program, quit smoking and remain tobacco free after the baby is born receive free diapers for 12 months (voucher to Walmart each month).
