Comprehensive harm-reduction and syringe access program targeted towards people who inject drugs and other high-risk individuals in an effort to prevent the spread of blood-borne infections. Provides access to Naloxone, medical care, HIV, HCV, and STI testing, safer sex and safer injection materials, behavioral health, drug treatment referrals, and other services to help IV-drug users.

Provides rapid tests to pick-up for at-home COVID-19 testing.

Provides a women's clinic staffed by residents, nurse practitioners, and nurse midwives who offer obstetrics, gynecology (OB/GYN) and family planning services for women. Licensed midwives and physicians provide childbirth education and health care services for pregnant women during pregnancy and delivery. Offers pregnancy tests, pap tests, birth control, and STD testing. Also offers nutrition services. Provides clients supportive services including social work and nutrition services.

Provides on site hearing and speech/language screenings for children ages 3 to 6 years old. School screenings are for children ages 6 years and older.

Some of the services they offer include testing for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) HIV testing, annual exams for both men and women, and the provision of birth control.

Provides health assessments for older adults. Assessment includes review of health and medication history, vision, weight, pulse, blood pressure, and blood sugar. When indicated, referrals are made to a primary care physician or to another appropriate source of care.

Provides treatment for obstetric and gynecological problems. Specializes in high-risk and teen pregnancy services, including teen talk classes to prepare pregnant teens for childbirth. Also provides annual pap smears, breast exams, and contraceptive services.

Provides free clinics 6-8 times per year. Services provided include primary and specialty care, dental and vision care, prescription eyeglasses, mammograms, hearing screenings, prescriptions, and more.

Evaluates the functional ability, physical health, cognitive and mental health, and socio-environmental situation of older adults, particular those who are frail or chronically ill, to determine eligibility and refer families to appropriate agency programs.

Hispanic Health program designed to help the Hispanic community have access to medical care, social services and health education. Provide blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure screenings. Health Liaison serves as the link between the Hispanic community and health services. Assistance given to clients in Spanish with appointments and interpretations. The Promotora (community health liaison) teaches basic health education topics in Spanish.

Individuals 60 and over may qualify for many types of assistance that will aid them in their daily living, an assessment will be done in the home.

Offers physical exams for work (including DOT), school, and sports. Sports exams are currently $20 and not submitted to insurance.
