Provides coaching and technical assistance supports to child care providers to enhance the quality of care for children and to help them achieve or increase a Step Up To Quality rating in the state's quality rating system. Coaching is meant to enhance existing skills while helping develop new skills for administrators, classroom teachers, or family child care providers.

Covers the fundamentals of safe boating: state-required equipment, watercraft laws, navigation Rules of the Road, basic safety and risk management, and aids to navigation.
