If the landlord refuses to hire a licensed exterminator after being notified in writing, contact 311or 645-3111 (for Columbus residents), Worthington Code Enforcement at 614-431-2424 (for Worthington residents) or Franklin County Public Health at 525-3160 (for all other Franklin County residents) to file a complaint.
