Balancing all these needs while navigating the additional pressure and stress of the sport can be overwhelming. In a culture that might prioritize mental toughness and carry a stigma around mental healthcare, it helps to know you’re not alone. I’m familiar with how isolating and unbearable that can feel as I have been a competitive athlete most of my life. I hope to work alongside you to navigate through these challenges to reconnect with a healthy balance.

Services are a Three Tier Model-Prevention, Consultation, and Treatment for children and teens. Tiered programs include: * Tier 1-Prevention: Substance Use Prevention, School Violence Prevention, Suicide Prevention * Tier 2-Consultation: Behavioral health counseling for early identification and intervention, provided through 4-6 sessions or referral to ongoing treatment services * Tier 3-Treatment: Teen Support Groups, Crisis Intervention Services, Offsite Services, Additional Support Programs * Services are faith-based and LGBTQIA+ inclusive.

On Purpose Academy and Mentoring Center serves Preschoolers ages 2 1/2 to 4 year old with a researched based curriculum preparing them for Kindergarden. Our afterschool programs serves students and their parents with mentoring, training, life skills and community service in order for them to be successful in life.
