On Purpose Academy and Mentoring Center serves Preschoolers ages 2 1/2 to 4 year old with a researched based curriculum preparing them for Kindergarden. Our afterschool programs serves students and their parents with mentoring, training, life skills and community service in order for them to be successful in life.

Student-Athletes are not only expected to perform well academically and in their sport, but also maintain a social life and time for self. Balancing all these needs while navigating the additional pressure and stress of the sport can be overwhelming. In a culture that might prioritize mental toughness and carry a stigma around mental healthcare, it helps to know you’re not alone. I’m familiar with how isolating and unbearable that can feel as I have been a competitive athlete most of my life. I hope to work alongside you to navigate through these challenges to reconnect with a healthy balance.
