Provides loans to adults so they may return to school. Loans are not to be used for a long-term solution for tuition but will serve as a short-term "bridge". Loans may be used for education-related expenses such as:
- Training programs that are not eligible for Pell Grants.
- Transportation costs that prevent students getting to school (such as car repairs).
- Filling unfunded gaps to complete degrees.
- Paying owed balances.
