Provides vouchers to be used by eligible children to attend participating non-public schools located within the Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD). A list of participating schools is available from the department. The number of vouchers available in an academic year depends on the state budget. Maximum voucher amounts may or may not cover the entire tuition at a particular school.

Administers state proficiency tests and various achievement and intelligence tests. Provides special remedial tutors for students needing extra help to successfully pass the state proficiency tests. Offers college exam preparation.

Assists students who demonstrate financial need to obtain the financial assistance they require to meet their educational and living expenses while in school. Financial aid can include a combination of sources such as loans, scholarships, grants or work-study awards.

Provides tutoring for Hispanic/Latino children attending area schools.

Free school supplies are available to Miami County residents who sign up. Barbers will be on site to provide free haircuts, multiple service providers, and meals will also be offered. Parking is in the rear at La Fiesta, W. Main Street, and rear of US Bank, W Main Street. Refrain from parking on Cedar Street.

Enrolls K-12 students in the Tri-Village Local School District.

Provides students with friendly volunteers, computers, on-site school supplies and a welcoming atmosphere to study and learn.

Assists families with students new to the school district with registration to attend school.
