Students attend regular classes as scheduled as well as working at an on-the-job assignment for the remainder of the day (or on weekends) as scheduled. Credit is given for both academic and work performance. The minimum work commitment is 5 days, 15hrs. each week.

Provides a program through CSU, Sinclair Community College and Ohio Department of Corrections, to recruit and educate qualified individuals for a career as a corrections officer. Program offers paid tuition, fees, and books for qualified applicants who will earn an associate degree in Corrections. Program focus is minority person.
