Program provides a case manager to offer support to clients and monitor their progress. LEAP provides monetary rewards for moving from one grade to the next and for completing high school or earning a GED. Participants MAY be eligible for a child care subsidy only if there is no other appropriate person who can assist - family has the primary responsibility for this service.
