LEAP provides monetary rewards for moving from one grade to the next and for completing high school or earning a GED. Participants MAY be eligible for a child care subsidy only if there is no other appropriate person who can assist - family has the primary responsibility for this service.

The GRADS program is an in-school secondary program,at every county high school, for pregnant students and young parents. The purpose of GRADS is to increase the likelihood that young parents will remain in school with little interruption until graduation. The program is designed to help students appreciate the importance of prenatal care, learn practical parenting and child development skills, gain orientation to work, and set goals toward balancing work and family responsibilities.

Provides client services for someone facing an unplanned pregnancy, Services are free and confidential and are tailored to help the client think through all options, including abortion, adoption, and parenting. Women's Center offers abortion alternatives including pregnancy tests and ultrasound to determined the fetus age and viability, and more. Offers free pregnancy test and assistance, free ultrasounds, post-abortion support group, and mentoring services. Also offers free material assistance, such as infant formula, diapers, infant needs etc. Quantities and ability to earn material assistance are determined by agency.
