- Tenant is living in a foreclosed property;
or
- Lease with an option to purchase, lease with an automatic renewal, or lease with at least four (4) months remaining on term; land installment contract.
Will also evaluate eviction cases where there is NO WRITTEN LEASE but:
- Tenant is living in a foreclosed property; or
- Tenant alleges retaliation or discrimination.
Will evaluate ALL cases involving:
- Utility shut-offs and lock-outs; or
- Child is found to have lead levels above five (5) micrograms per deciliter and Department of Health or landlord has not followed up;
or
- Manufactured/mobile homes.

Services vary based on the needs of the individual family, but can include mediation and rent/mortgage payment negotiation with landlord/lender, help accessing utility payment assistance programs, and financial counseling. Up to $1500 in assistance may be available. Support for school-aged children in the household may include access to low-cost computers (funding for computers is currently out).
