Provides opportunity to consult with an attorney that deals with immigration issues. Will help with immigration law; family reunification; citizenship applications; defense in deportation; work authorization; protection-based claims including: Asylum, Withholding of Removal, Protection under the Convention Against Torture; visas for victims including: U Visas for victims of serious crimes, T Visas for victims of trafficking, VAWA for victims of domestic violence; Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA); Immigrant visa processing/consular processing; inadmissibility waiver applications; Temporary Protected Status; immigration court representation and other aspects of immigration law.

Provides staff members who are accredited by the U. S. Department of Justice and Board of Immigration Appeals to counsel and represent prospective immigrants, refugees, those seeking visas or naturalization, and their relatives, in immigration matters.
