Service is limited by availability of staff and funding. There is no guarantee that a lawyer will be available to take a client's case.

Provides low cost legal representation to immigrants and refugees.

Offers professional legal services to low and moderate-income individuals at nominal fees. Available assistance includes but is not limited to adjustment of status, applications for citizenship, immigration case inquiries, Temporary Protected Status, Visa issues, asylum, Green Card applications, document review, practice interviews and work authorization. Citizenship classes are free.

Offers services to help Arab Americans adjust to life in America and assists Arabs dealing with immigration issues. Services include referrals to medical, legal, and social services, lists of businesses and organizations who have employment opportunities, and assistance with immigration such as helping complete forms to be submitted for review, filing petitions, and checking on filing status and cases pending. Can assist with power of attorney for foreign citizens.

Provides immigration legal service, including adjustment of status, deporation defense, family-based visa petitions, naturalization, humanitarian relief, special immigrant juvenile status petitions, and deferred action.

Provides staff members who are accredited by the U. S. Department of Justice and Board of Immigration Appeals to counsel and represent prospective immigrants, refugees, those seeking visas or naturalization, and their relatives, in immigration matters.

Provides opportunity to consult with an attorney that deals with immigration issues. Will help with immigration law; family reunification; citizenship applications; defense in deportation; work authorization; protection-based claims including: Asylum, Withholding of Removal, Protection under the Convention Against Torture; visas for victims including: U Visas for victims of serious crimes, T Visas for victims of trafficking, VAWA for victims of domestic violence; Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA); Immigrant visa processing/consular processing; inadmissibility waiver applications; Temporary Protected Status; immigration court representation and other aspects of immigration law.

Provides assistance to those interested in becoming naturalized citizens of the United States with information regarding the process as well as the service of an attorney who can help with filing the proper forms and who can provide legal representation in the naturalization process.

Provided by students under the supervision of clinical faculty, students represent clients on family and humanitarian immigration cases, including people seeking family reunification and safety from domestic violence, persecution, torture, and human trafficking. Students also conduct community education on a variety of immigration law topics.
