The agency provides educational programs for schools, speakers, informational brochures (about sexual harassment, fair employment etc.), and booklets on laws against discrimination.

Seeks to resolve complaints of racial, gender, or LGBT discrimination. Focuses mainly on housing, employment, and education. Does not provide legal assistance.

OCRC staff may go to business or community to conduct training on Ohio laws against discrimination as defined in Revised Code Section 4112.
