TMA manages the TRICARE health care program for active duty members and their families, retired service members and their families, National Guard/Reserve members and their families, survivors and others entitled to Department of Defense medical care.

Provides support services for vetrans and active duty service members which may include assistance with benefits, housing, transportation, nutrition, and mental health.

VSC have programs that provide assistance for veterans who are having difficulty understanding and/or obtaining the full benefits and services to which they are entitled by law based on service to their country.

Provides emergency and temporary financial assistance to eligible veterans and/or their spouses for those who qualify.

Provides veterans and their eligible dependents assistance with the application process and paperwork to be completed in order to help them in obtaining services they are eligible for.

Direct Aid Program provides veterans and their families up to $200 per veteran per year in states they are registered in. Direct aid needs addressed have included, but are not limited to rent, utilities, shelter, auto repair, food, clothing and relocation. VO Depot is a thrift store that benefits veterans financial services. Veterans get 20% off every day and veterans in need can obtain vouchers that allow them to shop for free. Freedom Food Pantry Program provides fresh foods and non-perishables to veterans. The Outreach Program Works with veterans to help them find employment either through outside employers or agencies they are associated with or through the Outreach Program. Provide support to other agencies that work to enhance veterans lives. Assist WWII veterans and their families with registration for the National WWII Memorial.

Program that provides assistance for veterans who are having difficulty understanding and/or obtaining the full benefits and services to which they are entitled by law based on service to their country.

Assists veterans who are attempting to obtain or are receiving benefits from the U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs. Provide temporary financial assistance to honorably discharged veterans, spouse or qualified dependents in need. Transportation for eligible veterans to and from medical appointments at the Cleveland VA Medical Center and the Youngstown VA Clinic.

Provides assistance to veterans and their families with filing claims for VA benefits. Assistance provided may include help understanding eligibility criteria, payment processes, and rights of beneficiaries. Assistance may also be provided with completing benefits forms.

Assists veterans in filing claims, applying for benefits, and receiving emegency assistance as necessary.

Provides legal assistance which may include information, advice, or representation as well as online resources to help with the following issues: *Applications to upgrade or correct a DD-214 *Appealing an overpayment *Appealing compensation denials or terminations by the Board of Veterans Appeals

Provides veterans and their eligible dependents assistance with the application process and paperwork to be completed in order to help them in obtaining services they are eligible for.

Provides markers and flags for the grave of each veteran of Licking County. Each cemetery handles the placement of the flags and markers independently. Please contact the cemetery to find out what their policy is. The Veterans' Service Office will provide a flag and marker to family members who wish to mark the grave themselves. If a veteran is buried in a private cemetery, the VA will provide a headstone or marker.

Aid to Veterans. Helps Veterans and their loved ones obtain benefits. Transportation for Veterans to VAMC Wade Park in Cleveland.

eBenefits is a portal; a central location for Veterans, Service Members, and their families to research, find, access, and, in time, manage their benefits and personal information. eBenefits offers: a personalized workspace called My Dashboard that provides quick access to eBenefits tools. Using eBenefits tools, you can complete various tasks. You can apply for benefits, download your DD 214, view your benefits status, in addition to other actions as needed. Assists in filing claims for benefits administered by Veterans Affairs (VA).

Assists veterans and their dependents with information and counseling on the following benefits: * Aid and Attendance * Burial and Memorial Benefits * Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC) * Disability Compensation * Pension * Survivor's Pension * Veteran Readiness and Employment

Provides information, counseling and claims service to all honorably discharged veterans and their dependents concerning disability compensation, hospitalization, rehabilitation, pension, education, employment, and other benefits.

Service officers can assist the veteran or their dependent in filing for the following VA benefits: service-connected compensation, non-service connected disability pension, survivor's pension, death and burial benefits, VA healthcare enrollment, headstones, education, home loan guarantee certificates, vocational rehabilitation, upgrading or correcting DD form 214's, and any other benefits available from federal or state sources. The service officers will monitor claims once they are filed and will follow through with assistance on appeals when necessary.

Provides supportive services to low-income Veteran families or Veteran's and their families who are experiencing housing instability or imminent homelessness. Offers a range of supportive services designed to promote housing stability. Provides eligible Veteran families with case management, and assistance in obtaining VA and other benefits.

Provides assistance to Veterans in filing claims for benefits with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. Assistance by state accredited county Veteran service officers with application process, preparation of forms and paperwork, obtaining necessary documentation and submission of claims.

Provides Veterans and their dependents United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) accredited Veterans Service Officers (VSOs) to assist them in understanding VA benefits and in filing claims. Provides services such as explaining benefits, filling out forms, forwarding claims for processing and representing Veterans in appeals. Provides case management to Veterans, helping them screen and file for federal, state and county veterans' benefits. Callers will be referred to the county Job and Family Services office for assistance with unemployment forms.

Provides accredited service officers who know the requirements of the Department of Veterans Affairs compensation and pension programs, and who will assist Veterans to complete paperwork and obtain the benefits to which they are entitled. Will aid with the preparation of forms, documentation of claims, proper submission of claims to VA and other follow-up agencies, and obtaining records (military and medical).
