Service officers can assist the veteran or their dependent in filing for the following VA benefits: service-connected compensation, non-service connected disability pension, survivor's pension, death and burial benefits, VA healthcare enrollment, headstones, education, home loan guarantee certificates, vocational rehabilitation, upgrading or correcting DD form 214's, and any other benefits available from federal or state sources. The service officers will monitor claims once they are filed and will follow through with assistance on appeals when necessary.

Provides veterans and their eligible dependents assistance with the application process and paperwork to be completed in order to help them in obtaining services they are eligible for.
Provides information, counseling and claims service to all honorably discharged veterans and their dependents concerning disability compensation, hospitalization, rehabilitation, pension, education, employment, and other benefits.
Provides support services for vetrans and active duty service members which may include assistance with benefits, housing, transportation, nutrition, and mental health.
Service officers are available to assist with applications and filing for education benefits under the GI Bill. They will monitor applications once they are filed and will follow through with assistance on appeals when necessary.
Provides Readjustment Counseling Services (RCS) for Veterans, Guard/Reserve and Active Duty Members by providing benefits application assistance, information and referral services for veterans to include job placement referral, alcohol and drug referral, claims contact referral, and primarily assist as the focal point for Veterans in need of Mental Health services or direction for assistance of the above mentioned.
