ODJFS is working to provide a web-based application that will allow legitimate claimants that received Unemployment Benefit overpayments due to no fault of their own, during COVID-19, to request a wavier. Claimants will be asked to provide documentation showing the overpayment was due to an employer or government error. The waiver applications will be processed later this summer.
