Provides crime prevention and safety programs to Centerville residents in the areas of: bunco/fraud protection, property identification, child abuse prevention, juvenile delinquency prevention, commercial and residential security evaluations, child sexual assault prevention, shoplifting prevention, halloween safety, school safety, bicycle safety, vacation security checks, neighborhood watch programs, traffic safety, and child passenger safety.

Addresses all aspects of family violence including child abuse and neglect, teen dating abuse, domestic violence and elder abuse. Offers a continuum of research-based prevention, intervention and treatment programs for individuals who have experienced family violence. Benefits of this integrated team approach include a one-stop, coordinated response to family violence to individuals and families through partnerships with law enforcement, child protection services, prosecution and a wide range of community resources and an expanded forum for education, advocacy and ongoing research.

Community psychiatric supportive treatment. Provides intensive case management to severely mentally disabled clients and provides after hours emergency crisis intervention for their clients. Behavioral health assessment, counseling and therapy, medication management.

Provides comprehensive individual and community programs for survivor advocacy and support to LGBTQI survivors of hate and bias violence, discrimination, intimate partner violence, stalking, and/or sexual assault.

Provides safety programs in the areas of: residential security evaluations, firearm safety, halloween safety, school safety, bicycle safety, neighborhood watch programs, personal safety, traffic safety, and child passenger safety.

Provides comprehensive individual and community programs for survivor advocacy and support to LGBTQI survivors of hate and bias violence, discrimination, intimate partner violence, stalking, and/or sexual assault.

Services offered include community spouse and intimate partner abuse prevention programs for church groups, schools, organizations and agencies.

Offers intervention and counseling in a group setting to those who exhibit abusive behavior toward their spouse or partner. Goal is to increase the abuser's ability to use healthy skills in relationships or conflict situations. Anger management is a component of this program. In cases where the individual is court-referred, this service may be issued in lieu of incarceration.

Sends out printed information about child protective services, and makes available management staff to give presentations to schools, community groups and professional organizations about all aspects of child protective services.

We can still be reached via phone and email.** Provides protective services and investigates and intervenes on behalf of children who are alleged to be abused, exploited, neglected, or self-neglected. Social workers meet with the client to assess the concerns and make referrals to community services. When necessary, pursues legal action to protect the victim.

Offers a speaker's bureau to educate the community about inappropriate behavior (including that of family members and friends) as well as general safety issues, sexual offenses, abuse, and abduction.

Members come together to facilitate the prevention and treatment of elder abuse, neglect and exploitation through study, networking, advocacy and public education. Topics include social policy, clinical practice, community education, conference planning, and other networking opportunities.

Provides a group program for men designed to address the effects of intimate partner violence and violent behavior

Offers an instructional course for seniors about crime prevention, self-defense, traffic laws, elderly abuse, crimes against seniors, the criminal justice system, and the history of the Solon Police Department. Includes a tour of the police department.

Investigates and provides case management for abused, neglected, or exploited adults over 60 years of age.

Provides police protection services, general crime prevention information and education for the City of Parma. Also, provides information and education on child abuse prevention and child safety, elder abuse prevention, personal safety, burglar prevention, and sexual assault prevention. Offers vacation security checks and security evaluations for businesses and residents.
