Handles divorce and dissolution cases for residents of Montgomery County; maintains continuing jurisdiction over matters of support, alimony, custody, and visitation; offers free marriage counseling and consultation with divorce investigators to parties with minor children; conducts conciliation court hearings upon filing of petition by one of the parties.

Orders investigations as part of divorce actions, custody evaluations, child visitation arrangements, marriage conciliations, and home studies upon request of the judge.
