The Domestic Relations Division of the Logan County Family Court handles child support, through a dissolution or divorce case.

The CSEA provides legally enforceable orders specifying the financial obligations of parents. The agency establishes child support orders, sets support motions, makes administrative support decisions and registers foreign orders.

The General Division of the Court of Common Pleas has jurisdiction to decide domestic relations and is the child support filing office.

Maintains records of all cases from the Allen County Juvenile Court. Makes available certified and non-certified copies of court documents. If the case was handled by the Juvenile Court, record will always remain in Juvenile Court, regardless of the age of the minor involved in the case. Complaints against juveniles regarding delinquent behaviors (crimes) or unruly behaviors such as truancy, runaways, breaking curfew, and making disturbances are filed here.
