Provides a form to complete and return so individuals may apply for an automatic extension of time to file United States (U. S.) individual income tax return. Filing Form 4868 gives taxpayers until October 15th to file their tax return but does not grant an extension of time to pay taxes due. An extension is a request for additional time to file, not additional time to pay. Taxpayers should pay their federal income tax due by April 15th to avoid interest and penalties. NOTE: If a tax filer is certain they are due a tax refund, it is not necessary to file an extension. There is no penalty for late filing unless you owe the IRS.

Outreach services provide older adults with the assistance needed to access the human services system and provide linkage between client and needed services. This service includes management of a home delivered meal program, telassurance, public benefits assistance, housing placement assistance, friendly visiting, and assessments

Mercy Manor provides a safe, spiritual residence for women with histories of homelessness, abuse, human trafficking, mental health, incarceration, alcohol, and drug addiction, while they re-establish themselves into the local community. Mercy Manor is a family-like environment committed to empowering women and providing them with hope. The residents will participate in developmental programming, which will enable them to become self-sufficient through personal growth, education, skill development and / or employment.

Assists veterans and their dependents in applying for state and federal benefits; including: pension and compensation claims insurance, hospitals and nursing home care. Also helps veterans at no cost to obtain an Veterans ID card.

The Health & Human Services program provides information and referral, library materials, book delivery to homebound, hearing tests, support groups, Medicare/Medicaid assistance, blood pressure/sugar checks, tax assistance, health screenings and wellness seminars, and transportation to the center, grocery store, or personal appointments.
