Walk in assistance for the homeless. Can provide a nights lodging at a local motel for the homeless. Can also assist with low cost medications. For those just starting a job and needing special shoes (steel toed or non skid) they can help with purchase of the shoes. Help in replacing identification and prescription assistance.

Voucher service with Licking County Health Department to provide Ohio Birth Certificates and assists in obtaining state id and driver's licenses.

Assists with covering the cost of obtaining identification documents from state agencies and help with the application process. Birth certificates must be Ohio birth certificates.

Assists TANF-eligible families with infants who are aged birth through 3 years old with needed early childhood supplies to assist with their child's nutrition, health, and safety. This program can also assist with paying for one birth certificate for each person in the household, driver's license, and daycare registration, but assistance is limited. Examples of infant and safety items that can be provided include the following: - Bathtubs. - Cribs. - Cabinet locks and drawer locks. - First Aid Kit. - Outlet plugs. - Scalding detector. - Diapers, wipes, and formula. NOTE: This program is provided through a partnership with Summit County Job and Family Services.

Helps to prevent the removal of a child from home or to facilitate the return of a child to home. Also assists grandparents or other kin in taking care of their grandchildren or other kin whose parents are unable to care for them. * Furniture assistance restricted to beds only. * Rental deposit assistance restricted to Metro deposits only.
