Our office can only issue Death certificates for deaths occurring in Richland County, excluding the City of Shelby. Records for person who died within Shelby city limits after 1909 are recorded and issued at the Shelby City Hall, 43 W. Main Street, Shelby, OH 44875 (419) 347-5131.
