Bills for water/sewer and storm water in the City of Tallmadge. Duties include construction, reconstruction, extension, repair, metering, and billing of the water works system. Supplies residents with potable water through adequate pumping and distribution facilities. Potable water comes from Lake Rockwell, is treated at Akron’s nearby water supply plant and then pumped through three (3) force mains to reservoirs. Tallmadge has the water pumped through two (2) force mains and then through the pump station.

Presides over the Village of Shiloh: Mayor's Office, Fiscal Department, Utility Department, Building and Ground Maintenance, and Street Department.

Operates water utility system in Fairfield County.

Provides safe potable drinking water to the public by treating raw water and managing and maintaining the water distribution system. Through a contract with Republic Services, provides sanitation and recycling services.

The Utility Billing Department is responsible for billing, collecting, and providing services for sewer, storm and sanitation.

Responsible for billing and collecting water and sewer accounts, collection of parking citations, and other related City services. Water and sewer accounts can be paid in person at the Utility Collections Office by mail or by electronic funds transfer through a customer’s bank. Water and sewer accounts are billed monthly the greater of, the actual water that passes through the meter, or a minimum service fee if there is no usage. Parking citations will be posted on the Mansfield Police Department Patron Portal https://ci.mansfield.oh.us/online-bill-pay/.

Provides electric services to Guernsey, Muskingum, Tuscarawas, Morgan, Noble, Harrison, Coshocton, Licking and Perry counties.

Operates five utility systems in Lancaster: gas, water, sewer, sanitation, and storm water.

Provides customer assistance with securing and maintaining natural gas power, billing concerns, payment arrangements and other necessary services. Members pay a membership fee.

Provides water and wastewater services for the City of Mount Vernon. Special services available: - Pool credits are offered if you have a swimming pool in your yard, we will allow a one time per year credit on the wastewater portion of your bill for all usage over your average. Pool water must not be drained into the sanitary sewer to receive this credit. We will also be surveying consumers with pools to make sure they have installed proper backflow devices. We recommend that hose bibb vacuum breakers be placed on all threaded spigots. (These may be purchased at your local hardware store). Installment of these devices will now be a requirement for you to receive your pool credit. Please stop by our office and complete a pool credit form. - Freeze credits are available in the wintertime, to keep lines from freezing back into the meters we allow freeze credits. If you wish to allow your water to run in a small thin stream, we will credit your water/wastewater billings back to your average. Maximum amount of credit allowed for freezing is for 900 cubic foot per unit. Please notify us in writing if you wish to exercise this option.

Provides power services to Wadsworth City and Wadsworth Township. Installs and maintains electric lines, meters, street lights, ball field lights, and traffic control lighting. Takes reports of power outages or complaints about electric utilities service. Billing office takes calls regarding questions about billing and electric payments and inquiries from new customers in the area who need service.

Provides water and sewer to the City of Bedford (obtains the water from Cleveland.) Provides discounted service based on income eligibility for those age 65 or older or 100% totally and permanently disabled and own and occupy the home. The Service Department will snake out the sanitary sewer from the house to the street providing a proper cleanout is installed outside the house.

Provides public water, sewer, and refuse pickup.

Presides over the Village of Bellville: Mayor's office, Water and Waste Water Department, Parks, Building and Ground Maintenance, Street Department, Police Department and Village Income Tax Department. Does civil marriages in Village Hall or within surrounding area.

Provides customer assistance in securing and maintaining electric, water, sewer and refuse services and with billing concerns.

Provides an investor-owned utility which provides natural gas distribution and transportation services to residential, commercial, industrial and governmental customers in 16 Indiana counties and 1 county in Ohio. Provides customer assistance with utility connection/disconnection, service or billing complaints, payment plan arrangements, and a list of other service providers for price comparisons. Repairs exterior gas lines (from meter to gas main) and performs maintenance on the community-wide natural gas delivery system. Also provides basic consumer education regarding natural gas and its use.
