The Mobility Management Program system provides information about transportation options in Delaware County, match transportation requests with the best service available and facilitate the coordination of transportation requests. MMP assesses the mobility needs of individuals needing special assistance through an Eligibility Assessment process. The On-The-Go Outreach program is designed to educate SEAT riders on the "How To's" of using Public Transit. SEAT offers both fixed route and curb-to-curb services. This program will allow trained Outreach Specialist's to customize individual riding plans for any new or veteran rider. The team will not only help guide riders to find a solution to their current riding barrier, but also teach them how to utilize public transit for years to come.

Provides resource and service programs to address transportation issues. Programs include:
* Free in County Transportation: Provides one free transportation benefit a month. Includes round trip with 2 stops within Wooster city limits, provided by a contracted transportation provider. All trips require 48 hour notice. Total household income at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
* City of Wooster: Provides reduced rate, subsidized transportation passes to travel within Wooster city limits. Passes include one-way cab pass, one-way work/education pass, and orange/white 3rd shift and Sunday shift work pass. Total household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Must live within Wooster city limits and be 62 or older, have a disability, or be a veteran or active member of military.
* Wooster Transit: Transit passes available for purchase at Community Action-Wayne office.
