LPT is responsible for managing and operating public transportation in cities and towns throughout the country, either directly or via a contract with transportation companies.

MORPC launched Gohio Mobility, an easy to use tool for individuals, caregivers, service providers, and advocates to find transportation options. This is a free, comprehensive, statewide platform that brings together various modes of transportation. Users can search for transportation options using filters for location, payment type, and accommodations such as wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

Promotes, provides and maintains safe and efficient traffic flow on public roadways under the jurisdiction of the City of Toledo, using accepted design practices and appropriate traffic control devices. Services include identifying traffic issues in order to maintain and improve traffic flow and safety, repairing and replacing traffic control devices, assists with traffic issues during emergency response activities, evaluates streets for the installation of speed humps, and works with neighborhoods to provide safe closures for block parties.

Offers a micro-transit public bus transportation within the Cities of Medina, Wadsworth and Brunswick. Also provides both public and specialized curb-to-curb local transportation service between any origin and destination within Medina County.

Provides public transportation along fixed routes at scheduled times. Provides transportation for older adults and persons with disabilities through SCAT and ADA complementary paratransit as well as reduced fare on line service for qualified individuals.

Provides public transportation by bus. Servicing Stow-Kent, Kent, Ravenna, Windham, Garrettsville, and Hiram.

Offers assistance determining eligibility for and connecting to a variety of transportation options for seniors, medical appointments, and general transportation needs, in Adams and Brown counties.

Program designed to meet the needs of young boys and their parents. The program offers fun and challenging activities that promote character development and physical fitness. Service projects, ceremonies, games, and other activities guide boys through core values and give them a sense of personal achievement.

Provides Ohio travelers with up-to-date information on road conditions, traffic, construction, and other activity affecting roadways managed by The Ohio Department of Transportation. Information is updated frequently and comes from a variety of sources, such as pavement sensors and monitoring stations, traffic cameras, and through direct input by ODOT personnel. The information on the site is as current as possible, but Ohio travelers should also refer to local and regional information outlets and agencies for the latest information during weather/disaster emergencies.

Serves as a "Metropolitan Planning Organization" (MPO), assuming the responsibility to address the long and short range planning needs of the community and to advise the federal government in its allocation of funds to needed transportation projects.

Provides customers with State of Ohio maps, snow and ice brochures.
