Provides resources for cancer patients, including: * Nutrition supplements (Boost, Boost Pudding, Boost Glucose Control, Ensure, Ensure Clear, Pedialyte) * Transportation and mileage reimbursement * Prescription assistance * Medical supplies and equipment (Medical equipment includes items such as wheelchairs, walkers, bedside commodes, shower benches, raised toilet seats, electric beds, and more. Medical supplies include such items as dressings, tapes, latex gloves, ostomy supplies, bed pads, pull-ups, briefs, and chux.) * Adapted clothing items (wigs, mastectomy items, zip tees, chemo hats) * One-time financial assistance with rent, utilities, or childcare for those with qualifying income

Offers financial assistance to cancer patients and their families, including transportation, prescription, and financial assistance, medical and nutrition supplies, and specialized clothing/wigs.

Provides financial assistance with secondary costs when traveling for surgery, including food, travel and lodging.

Clients are provided a monthly check for reimbursement for mileage, prescriptions, medical and nutritional supplies related to their cancer treatment and recovery.

Provides financial aid to qualifying kidney disease patients for needs such as medication and reimbursement for transportation to medical appointments and dialysis. Offers public educational programs regarding renal disease and organ transplant.

Provides transportation assistance to and from cancer-related medical appointments. We use various services, including volunteers, the Sandusky Transit System, and local taxis, to arrange transportation. Provides mileage reimbursements if patients qualify based on income to cancer-related medical appointments made using their own vehicles.
