Gohio Commute, a program of the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC), equips commuters and companies with resources to help them explore cost-effective and environmentally friendly commuting options. This program seeks to reduce roadway congestion and improve air quality throughout Central Ohio. Programs include: Carpool - Reduce stress and save money by carpooling. Gohio Commute will examine your needs and find someone with similar commuting constraints who is interested in sharing the ride to work. Transit - Don’t get stuck in traffic jams. Explore bus routes within Gohio Commute and turn your time spent commuting into productive activity. Bike/Walk - Keep your heart healthy by biking or walking to work. Gohio Commute provides information about local biking and walking routes and helps form bikepools. Gohio Commute makes it easy to find others to bike to work together. Vanpool - A Gohio Commute vanpool is a group of commuters who go to work together on a regular basis in a commuter van. Riders share an affordable monthly fee that covers use of a van, insurance, maintenance, roadside assistance, and fuel card.
Provides an online ride-planning, matching, and logging tool. The interactive platform gives the information the traveler needs to make smart choices by saving money, improving their health, and improving air quality. You can also connect with nearby commuters to share your ride.
Provides a program that is a free resource from MVRPC for those who work, live or go to college in Montgomery, Greene, Miami, Preble, Darke, Shelby and Clinton Counties. Register for the Rideshare Program and explore smarter ways to commute like ride matching to form a carpool or bikepool, transit and bike routes to match your trip or form a vanpool for longer commutes. MVRPC’s Rideshare Program partners with a statewide commute solutions platform, Gohio Commute to offer smarter ways to improve how you get around Ohio.
Provides assistance with transportation to food resources. Covers up to 15 round trip or 30 one-way trips to food pantries and trips to pick up groceries from stores where members have placed an order. The number of trips is shared with medical transportation. Benefits also include non-medical trips to county job and family service redeterminations, and WIC appointments.

Working with local officials, transportation providers and the public, the TCC is responsible for planning and programming projects to maintain and improve transportation infrastructure such as roads, bridges, traffic signal systems, bikeways, railroads, and transportation services like Springfield City Area Transit, WorkPlus, agency paratransit and ride share programs.

Provides low-cost demand-response transportation for Sandusky County residents with curb-to-curb service. TRIPS also provides a shuttle service with hourly stops in Fremont. .

Provides scheduled rides with Lyft for food pantry visits only.
Offers a bus loop around Oberlin, starting and ending at the Oberlin Enrichment and Activity Center (OEAC). Includes the following stops along its route: OEAC, 526 West College Street Apartments, Mercy Health - Allen Hospital, Stevenson Hall, Discount Drug Mart, Kendal at Oberlin, College Village Apartments, Oberlin IGA, Oberlin Community Services (OCS), College Park Manor Apartments, Oberlin Public Library/City Hall, John Frederick Oberlin Homes, CVS/Dollar General/AutoZone Plaza, Aldi's, Oberlin Plaza Shopping Center, Walmart, Splash Zone/Oberlin Recreation Complex, and Adam Joseph Lewis Center. The EBus will run a fixed route within Oberlin, stopping at in-demand locations and making a full loop every 45-60 minutes. The EBus can accommodate up to nine (9) passengers in standard seating and one (1) passenger in a wheelchair.
Provides transportation to and from employment, jobs, school and job training for lower income individuals throughout the county.

Offers an interactive website ride matching service to assist commuters with forming car or van pools and/or shared rides to work. Provides a list of other drivers/riders in the vicinity. Clients make the arrangements for car pools and shared rides with others on the list. For those persons in the program, will provide reimbursement of 80% of the cost of getting home (cab, rental car, etc.) in cases of an emergency or a missed ride home, up to a maximum of $60 (can be used up to four times per year).
Gives residents from participating counties in Northeast Ohio the ability to identify potential carpool partners quickly and securely online.
