Assists with gas, tools, uniforms and other items related to finding, securing or sustaining a job.

Provides curb-to-curb service for banking, grocery shopping and other appointments to older adults and disabled residents who have no alternate means of transportation.

Provides Medical Transportation Services: transportation to medical procedures and appointments for veterans. In some cases, may provide mileage reimbursement.

Provides 30 one-way rides to medical appointments and other needed non-emergency services. Rides are available to dental and vision appointments; pharmacies; Women, Infants and Children (WIC) visits; county benefit offices for redetermination. May also provide mileage reimbursement for those who prefer to drive themselves.

Serves as a "Metropolitan Planning Organization" (MPO), assuming the responsibility to address the long and short range planning needs of the community and to advise the federal government in its allocation of funds to needed transportation projects.

Provides a collection of non-traditional library items, including: craft kits, bicycles, games, electronics, health related items, kitchenware, sewing machines, musical instruments, puzzles, outdoor activity items, STEM kits, telescopes, tools, adventure passes, memory kits, and the seed library. The Health & Human Services program provides information and referral, library materials, book delivery to homebound, hearing tests, support groups, Medicare/Medicaid assistance, blood pressure/sugar checks, tax assistance, health screenings and wellness seminars, and transportation to the center, grocery store, or personal appointments. Call for more information and to make an appointment from the flu shot.

Provides gas vouchers, rides, or bus fare for recipients who have reached their ride limit through their Medicaid HMO.

Door to door transportation is available by van to medical appointments and essential errands for Clark County residents age 60 and better. Appointments fill quickly. Donations are gratefully accepted, participation will not be denied for inability to pay.

Gas Cards primarily for verified medical appointments, occasionally for start of employment if other options are not available

Provides financial, Medicaid and Social Service benefits to eligible Trumbull County residents who meet the guidelines established by State and Federal regulations. All services are based on available funding and include, but are not limited to: SNAP/Food Assistance; TANF Cash Assistance; Healthchek/Pregnancy Related Services; Medicaid; Child Care; Limited Transportation Services; Child Support Services; Adult Protective Services; Prevention, Retention & Contingency (PRC) program services (i.e., utility shut-off aid; job retention/gas cards, transportation etc.); WIOA/OhioMeansJobs Workforce Development Services; Employment and Training Services for unemployed/underemployed individuals, etc. Also assists with referrals to other agencies that may be of service to Trumbull County Residents.

PRC provides one-time financial assistance (in a 12 month period) to aid with emergency situations. Program is not meant to serve as an ongoing source of income. Maximum assistance allowed is $2500 for overdue rent or mortgage payments, security deposits, temporary housing, property taxes, home repairs (if the owner;) overdue utility bills (except during Winter Crisis), driver license reinstatement fees, transportation and auto repairs. Applicants can request aid for more than one emergency (up to maximum assistance limit).

Provides emergency financial assistance. Very limited funds may be available for electric, water, and heating fuel bill payments, prescriptions, work clothing, birth certificates, rent assistance, and transportation expenses.

Provides information on events in the community and promotes Montgomery County as a site for conventions, meetings, trade shows, motor coach tours, and the leisure traveler. Events in the community may include theater, dance, arts and crafts, sports, cultural, and nature events.

Offers a maximum amount of assistance of 4 day passes or 2 week long passes for bus transportation through COTA. Can also provide a maximum amount of assistance of a $25 gas card for those with their own transportation.

Provides gasoline vouchers to purchase gasoline for employed individuals. Vouchers are for emergency situations only and valid for a one-time purchase on the date issued.

Offers free van transportation service for non-emergency medical appointments (except following a surgical procedure) and errands for older adults and adults with disabilities.

Provides intercity passenger train service in the United States. Offers passenger service on 21,000 miles of track primarily owned by other railroads connecting 500 destinations in 46 states.

Provides emergency funds to help pay utility, medical bills, prescription bills, and assist with gas cards. One time each year for residents in need in Columbiana, Greenford, Washingtonville, North Lima and New Waterford zip codes.

Provides transportation to doctor appointments and other non-medical destinations.

Provides financial and other supports to eligible young adults to assist in finding and maintaining safe and secure housing (possibly rent, deposit, and/or gas, electric or water utilities), food, clothing, personal care items, educational and training expenses, and other services that assist with transitioning from foster care to adulthood. Service includes regular meetings with a case manager to help direct the young adult and oversee payments for services. Assistance may be provided as long as the young adult remains eligible.

Provides door-to-door transportation for medical and dental appointments, pharmacy, bank, or hair visits; shopping trips, to and from the senior center for congregate meals, socialization and recreation opportunities.

Provides non-emergency transportation (NET) for Medicaid recipients. Individuals can receive transportation to and from medical providers. Transportaion authorization may be in the form of bus passes, van services, Access tickets, or mileage reimbursement. Transporation requests must be submitted at least five days before transportation is needed. Individuals must be able to transfer to and from a wheelchair independently.

Provides transportation assistance to women newly diagnosed and are currently receiving treatments with a gynecologic cancer.
