Offering limited emergency assistance with car insurance bills and car repair expenses to eligible households. Eligible household can receive a one-time financial assistance for one (1) form of vehicle expense, including a car insurance bill OR car repair. NOTE: Assistance for these services is limited and there may be period of time that assistance is temporarily unavailable.
Provides transportation services for seniors to doctor appointments, stores and restaurants monthly.

Offers van service transportation to and from (VA) Veterans Administration medical facilities and local doctors offices for veterans and their dependents free of charge.

Provides transportation for all needs such as medical, social, shopping, bank service, veterinary, etc. Limited out-of-county trips are possible with advanced notification and at a fully allocated cost. Passengers with disabilities are permitted to have service animals accompany them and must notify the office if there is a service animal. Passengers are required to notify the office if they will be using an oxygen tank during their trip.

Gohio Commute, a program of the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC), equips commuters and companies with resources to help them explore cost-effective and environmentally friendly commuting options. This program seeks to reduce roadway congestion and improve air quality throughout Central Ohio. Programs include: Carpool - Reduce stress and save money by carpooling. Gohio Commute will examine your needs and find someone with similar commuting constraints who is interested in sharing the ride to work. Transit - Don’t get stuck in traffic jams. Explore bus routes within Gohio Commute and turn your time spent commuting into productive activity. Bike/Walk - Keep your heart healthy by biking or walking to work. Gohio Commute provides information about local biking and walking routes and helps form bikepools. Gohio Commute makes it easy to find others to bike to work together. Vanpool - A Gohio Commute vanpool is a group of commuters who go to work together on a regular basis in a commuter van. Riders share an affordable monthly fee that covers use of a van, insurance, maintenance, roadside assistance, and fuel card.

Veterans of Licking County can be transported to any VA medical center in the district for their appointments. Catholic Social Services will provide door-to-door transportation. To take advantage of the transportation service, proof of veteran eligibility is required (DD form 214).
Offers door-to-door service for qualified non-disabled seniors and people with disabilities. Service for those with disabilities is only available to and from destinations within 3/4 mile of fixed bus routes. Drivers will only wait at destinations for 5 minutes before leaving. Drivers do not carry riders or lift packages.

The On-The-Go Outreach program is designed to educate SEAT riders on the "How To's" of using Public Transit. SEAT offers both fixed route and curb-to-curb services. This program will allow trained Outreach Specialist's to customize individual riding plans for any new or veteran rider. The team will not only help guide riders to find a solution to their current riding barrier, but also teach them how to utilize public transit for years to come.
This program may provide a ride to medical or counseling appointments including test and procedures, for recipients of the Medicaid or Medicare programs when other transportation options aren't available for the client.

Full service workforce resource center. Offers a variety of services to assist job seekers seek employment. Services are free and include: computers, faxes and phones to aid job search, training in beginning computer use, tools to create a resume and prepare for job interviews, career exploration, facts on occupations in demand and wage statistics, information on obtaining a GED or remediation in Reading, Math and English, tips on funding for school, referrals for transportation assistance, child care, housing, utility bills, etc.
