Loans tools to residents for use in home repair or maintenance. Provides instruction in tool use and care. Available tools include drain snakes, lawn and garden equipment, ladders, power hand tools, household tools and miscellaneous hand tools. Tools must be returned in a timely fashion and in the condition that they were borrowed in. Participants become members of the tool-loan library for two years.

Offers a tool lending program with over 500 tools including power tools, hand tools, plumbing tools, carpet tools, lawn and garden tools, electrical tools, and roofing tools. Educates individuals with the skills and resources to maintain their homes with do-it-yourself improvement projects.

Loans a variety of household tools and equipment for home maintenance/improvement, yard work, or other similar activities. Items available to be borrowed may include saws, shovels, drills, sanders, etc.

The Prevention, Retention, and Contingency (PRC) program assists with employment related services such as work tools/equipment. Items must be needed to gain or retain employment of at least 32 hours per week.

Provides tools that members can use to repair, rehabilitate or maintain their personal property.

The PRC Program is designed to provide benefits and services to needy families and low income employed families to help move out of poverty and become self-sufficient. PRC support is short term and is not intended to meet ongoing needs. If eligible for PRC benefits, a voucher is issued for the service and paid to then vendor providing the service. Voucher services available for car repairs, employment materials (tools/equipment, uniforms/footwear, professional licensure/testing fees), GED fee payment assistance, and utility assistance (primary heat source, electric, water).

Provides emergency financial assistance to families who meet the eligibility requirements. Employment support includes tools, safety equipment, short term educational expenses, job supportive services as necessary, and uniforms (limit 2). PRC total amount is $3,000.00.
