Free clothing is offered for emergency situations. An appointment is needed only if special needs arise outside of business hours, such as a home fire situation.
Electric Partnership Program helps to improve the electric efficiency of eligible households. Performs in-home audits and installs appropriate electric energy efficiency measures to reduce electric usage. Community Connections program provides and in-home engergy use evaluation and energy saving home improvements such as appliance testing and possible replacement and energy education. Energy efficiency kits containing LED light bulbs, night lights, smart strips and furnace whistles).
