Provides items such as clothing and diapers to new placement foster care children. Bags are intended to be delivered within five (5) days of the child being placed in the home.

Provides short term, temporary assistance in obtaining basic needs. Needs include, but are not limited to, the following: * Food - may be provided 6 times in a 12 month period * Shelter * Utilities * Clothing * Specific medical needs No applicant will be approved for assistance more than 4 times in a 12 month period, with at least 30 days between assistance requests.

Hosts a community meal served family style. On the 2nd Thursday of the month free hygiene products are offered.

Offering free clothing to anyone in need. Exchanges and donations welcome.

Provides clothing, shoes and household goods to families and individuals in need. We accept donations of gently used clothing, shoes, and other items which can be placed in our donation bins on the property.

Provides low-cost clothing to individuals and families in need.

Parent Infant Center helps parents cope with the day to day challenges of raising a family. The center provides assistance with formula, baby furniture and other material items.

Provide family planning services; free pregnancy testing. Provide testing and treatment for gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia, genital warts, and other STI’s. Provides information and educational presentations on sexually transmitted diseases to at-risk teen groups at community centers, Youngstown State University’s health classes and teachers, community groups, and health fairs.

The shelter provides emergency shelter. The residents are provided with hygienic necessities and linens. Support services to assist with obtaining income and housing.

Provides personal hygiene items and a clothing bank.

Free clothing is offered for emergency situations. An appointment is needed only if special needs arise outside of business hours, such as a home fire situation.

Electric Partnership Program helps to improve the electric efficiency of eligible households. Performs in-home audits and installs appropriate electric energy efficiency measures to reduce electric usage. Community Connections program provides and in-home engergy use evaluation and energy saving home improvements such as appliance testing and possible replacement and energy education. Energy efficiency kits containing LED light bulbs, night lights, smart strips and furnace whistles).

Provides non-perishable groceries and personal/grooming supplies.. May also provide toilet paper, as available.

Provides diapers to those in need.

Serves free hot lunch Monday through Friday and hot breakfast on Saturday.

Program providing temporary shelter in place supports (such as shelf stable food, hygiene items, and cleaning supplies) to those who are ordered to isolate or quarantine during the COVID-19 pandemic. Following program acceptance, supplies will be delivered with no-contact delivery.

Provides assistance to qualified individuals and families. Assistance available includes: - Auto Insurance - Liability up to four (4) months coverage. - Car Repair - Not regular maintenance. - Driver's Education Classes. - Employment Related Expenses. - GED Incentive. - Emergency Hot Water Tank Repairs or Replacement. - Emergency Furnace Repairs or Replacement. - Emergency HVAC Repairs. - School Fees. - Pest Removal Services. - Property Taxes - ½ year delinquent or longer.

Provides personal hygiene items.

Provides up to a 3-7 day supply of groceries (proteins, canned and dry foods) packed according to family size. Toiletries and cleaning products may be provided.

Offers clothing to families in need.

Provides $200 voucher per child for clothing for children. If qualified, voucher will be mailed to the applicant and must be used within 30 days of approval.

Provides a packed lunch and toiletries to homeless individuals.
