Assists veterans in a variety of ways. Provides food and clothing vouchers in emergency situations. In certain circumstances, provides assistance with paying for rent, rent deposit, mobile home lot rental fees, and utility payments (gas, electric, and water). Will help with transportation expenses (which is usually in the form of bus passes). Does not help with property taxes, car insurance, or car payments. Will consider other emergency needs that veterans and their eligible dependents may have on a case-by-case basis.

Provides diapers for infants. * Provided through partnership with Time For A Change Diaper Bank.

Provides a clothing closet for those in need. Limit one bag per person.

Provides a choice food pantry for individuals and families in need. May include meat and produce, cleaning products, and toiletries.

Provides free haircuts. LaBarberia is a professional barber school.

Provides used clothing and shoes for men and women in all sizes. Also provides personal hygiene products.

Offers free pregnancy testing and ultrasounds. Earn While You Learn class "Understanding Pregnancy." Free new baby merchandise, for example onesies, bottles, sleepers, handmade blankets, diapers & wipes. Complete all 5 sessions receive a car seat or stroller.

Provides free pregnancy related items such as clothing for woman and child, baby food, formula, baby furniture, bottles and diapers.

Provides a temporary postal mailbox service.

Offers back to school program that provides clothing vouchers, backpacks, and shoes.

Provides a large variety of donated items, including household items, clothing, shoes, and personal hygiene items.

Provides interview and workplace appropriate clothing to unemployed and under-resourced job seekers. Clients primarily come to us through a network of Referral Partners in their journey towards financial stability.

Sells low-cost school clothing. The inventory changes every day.

Provides free pregnancy related items such as clothing for woman and child, baby food, formula, baby furniture, bottles and diapers.

Provides care necessities to agencies and hospitals serving premature, ill or impoverished newborns.

Sells at low cost a variety of items (clothing, household goods, furniture, books, etc.) which have been donated to Goodwill Industries. Proceeds from sales benefit Goodwill's rehabilitation programs for the handicapped. Accepts donated items which are in good clean usable condition. Items may be dropped off during store hours.

Provides a free store where shoppers can browse for clothing, linens, kitchenware (pots, pans, silverware, plates), as well as personal care items. Variety and availability of items will vary based on what has been donated.

Provides school uniforms and coats for children in need. NOTE: Accepts referrals from school counselors and teachers only.

Operates thrift shop where registered clients of ECCC can shop for clothing during regular business hours. Service is available once per 60 days per household.

Provides prenatal and postnatal services utilizing an Earn While You Learn pregnancy and parenting education program. Baby items including cribs, car seats, diapers, clothing, etc are earned as lessons are completed. Group classes on safe sleep, preventing child sexual abuse, and shaken baby syndrome are also offered. Staff are certified as child passenger safety technicians and can check for proper installation of car seats.

Provides clothing assistance to individuals and families who are eligible to use the clothing bank every six months relating to an emergency and with no other way to provide clothing for themselves (i.e. starting a new job and needs specific clothing, left a domestic violence situation, homelessness). Clients must make an appointment. NOTE: Households must demonstrate the ability to meet their need the next time it arises or be in process of meeting that need (i.e., looking for employment, applying for benefits, etc.). Proof of need, identification and income information is required for every referral
