Provide Pack N Play portable cribs and Safe Sleep Survival Kits to families and caregivers that are unable to provide a safe sleep environment due to financial hardship. Survival Kit contains a sheet for the Pack N Play, a sleep sack for the infant, a bedtime storybook and educational materials for the parents. Family must come to Board of Health office to pick up Pack N Play and receive instruction on proper assembly and use before taking Pack N Play home.

Habitat for Humanity ReStores are nonprofit home improvement stores and donation centers that sell new and gently used furniture, appliances, home accessories, building materials and more to the public at a fraction of the retail price.

Provides clothing for individuals and families in need. Also provides blankets, towels, silverware, dishes, and very small appliances such as mixers and toasters. Available items depend on what has been donated and is on hand at any given time.

Summer Crisis Program provides fans to eligible applicants between July 1 and September 30, once every three years.

Each week, volunteers put together bags of food items, depending on what is available that week. Items include canned goods, Peanut butter, cereal, eggs, pasta, bread, beans, boxed meal preparation kits, some meats and water. They also have toiletries, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and clothing when available.

Provides fans for individuals to cool their homes during summer months. Supply is based on the number of fans donated by the public. Callers should check back periodically to see if any fan pickup dates have been added. Automated line.

Provides Graco Pack-n-Play cribs to families who do not have a safe place for their baby to sleep. Cribs are provided through the Prenatal and Maternal/Newborn Home Visiting Program after a safe sleep assessment is completed.
