Due to ID, age and disability (when appropriate) verification requirements, you cannot apply for a Golden Buckeye card online or by phone.

State discount card is automatically available from the State of Ohio to those over the age of 60 or permanently disabled. USS cannot issue a new Buckeye card but can assist with replacing a lost or stolen card.
