Provides residential and case management services to young adults, ages 18-24 with developmental disabilities who are also the victims of crime. Service is provided for about one year while staff work to connect clients with necessary services and employment in the community.

Operation Homefront Transitional Housing | Operation Homefront

Provides transitional housing (apartments and houses) with support services for Veterans recently honorably discharged from the service and their families who are currently homeless after having to vacate base housing. Offers support services including case management with an Operation Homefront counselor, support groups, workshops, benefits briefings, and resume writing classes. Operation Homefront covers rent, utilities, and internet in the apartment housing. Utilities are not covered in the transitional houses.

Provides support services such as transitional planning for short- and long-term goals, assistance with obtaining documents such as birth certificates and social security cards, educational assistance, and personal development workshops.

Sober Housing - Single Men | Community Service Alliance

Provides supportive housing to men transitioning from homelessness and/or ex-offenders. Offers an open-ended contract with no minimum stay and accommodations for up to 48 men (22 men at Trent Ave., 13 men at Fulton House, 7 men at Bill's House, and 6 men at Sandy's House.) Fulton House and Bill's House serves Veterans. Will provide referrals to other housing programs and shelters in the community. Once enrolled in shelter, employment assistance services may be available.
