Five classroom lessons cover goal setting, decision making, communicating, bonding and managing emotions. Students also participate in a community service project. Offers a Transitional Living Program providing 12-18 months of individualized training to prepare young homeless people to live independently. Huckleberry House has 46 fully furnished apartments where young people and their children can live and get support.

Provides housing, case management, and mentoring to homeless women and their children. Residents live in fully furnished apartments for up to 2 years. In collaboration with local agencies, also offers education and training and job training.

Provides a 30-bed, drug-free, alcohol-free, and smoke-free transitional housing facility with support services for homeless male Veterans where each Veteran has their own bedroom and share common areas. Provides laundry facilities, onsite therapeutic groups through the expressive arts as well as individualized comprehensive case management. Offers two hot, home cooked meals and a continental breakfast each day. Provides limited transportation.

Community psychiatric supportive treatment. Provides intensive case management to severely mentally disabled clients and provides after hours emergency crisis intervention for their clients. Behavioral health assessment, counseling and therapy, medication management.

Provides 6 bedrooms for single women and women with children in transition from homelessness to permanent housing. Program includes chores, group living, and employment activities. Families participate in case management to assist them in addressing the root causes of their current homelessness, including Mental Health treatment, Substance abuse treatment, finding employment (if needed) and permanent housing. Subsidies for permanent housing and referrals to public housing may be available.

The Stepping Stone is a transitional home, also a private residence. We may have 3 residents at a time inside the home. This is a 6 month program to help with employment, life skills, housing, medical, and mental healthcare. Must be able to pass drug tests.

Provides transitional living for women who are victims of human trafficking. Services include food, clothing, connection to healthcare services, individual and group therapy and assistance with obtaining education and/or employment.

Supportive housing program serving females with substance use disorders. The program connects participants to a wide range of services and holistically addresses all areas of a women’s unique journey to recovery.

Provides supportive housing to men transitioning from homelessness and/or ex-offenders. Offers an open-ended contract with no minimum stay and accommodations for up to 48 men (22 men at Trent Ave., 13 men at Fulton House, 7 men at Bill's House, and 6 men at Sandy's House.) Will provide referrals to other housing programs and shelters in the community. Once enrolled in shelter, employment assistance services may be available.
