Offers supportive housing program for adults with the objective of providing the assistance and support needed to stabilize and maintain independent housing. Offers employment services, life skills counseling, health and medical care, substance abuse counseling and transportation assistance to qualifying residents.

Helps homeless teens learn how to live safely and successfully in the community. Youth are assigned a Community Support Provider, Independent Living Mentor, and Counselor who assist youth to reach their goals. The Transitional Living Team teaches independent living skills while providing mental health support and secure living arrangements.

Program is for individuals addicted to opioids such as heroin, morphine, or prescription medications. All clients are required to undergo random urine drug screen and participate in intensive counseling sessions and other recovery activities.

Provides transitional shelter for homeless women who are recuperating from an illness or injury. Offers a facility with private rooms, ongoing medical supervision, medication management, meals, and coordination with local health care providers. Residents also receive intensive case management that includes submitting housing applications, benefits review, assistance to file for SSDI and to resolve barriers to self-sufficiency, healthcare enrollment, and rent/utility assistance. Provides on-sight substance abuse/mental health assessment and treatment, support groups, and transportation to and from any needed medical or housing appointments.

Transitional Housing for Veterans who are literally homeless. The program provides intense case management, and transitional housing for the Veteran household.

Community psychiatric supportive treatment. Provides intensive case management to severely mentally disabled clients and provides after hours emergency crisis intervention for their clients. Behavioral health assessment, counseling and therapy, medication management.
