Provides continuing care retirement community consisting of two apartment high rises,75 condominium-style housing units and 154 Brownstone units in a supportive independent living environment.

Operates residences for individuals with intellectual disabilities, where staff assist in development and practice of individual skills including meal preparation, banking, grocery shopping, travelling in the community, planning outings and participation in social activities. Operates four (4) supported living sites including one (1) located in Portage County. Program is designed to maximize one's ability to live in the least restrictive environment, attain and maintain independent living in the community and minimize hospitalization.

The F.F. Mueller Residential Center is a State licensed and Department of Health certified Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID.) Individuals with severe developmental disabilities receive 24-hour/7 days a week nursing care and active treatment. It is located on the main campus of Developmental Disabilities of Clark County. Staff receives specialized training to work with and meet the social, psychological, medical, developmental, educational, and vocational needs of the individuals who call this their home. The FF Mueller Center is funded by Medicaid and our local levy.

Assisted Living community assists residents with activities of daily living and basic care support in a homelike or apartment setting. Residents receive three meals a day, recreational and social activities, housekeeping, linen service, apartment maintenance and transportation. Trained caregivers provide attention and assistance with medication management, bathing, dressing and cooking 24-hours a day. In addition, staff will coordinate services with outside healthcare providers and monitor residents to ensure they are healthy. Provides residential care for 95 children and young adults who are non-ambulatory and have profound or severe developmental disabilities. 90 bed Long Term Care Facility providing total care to meet not only the physical needs, but also the social, psychological and spiritual of residents.
