Program is a one-time financial assistance that covers rent, interim income adjustment, 40% of income payment arrangements, and is for (CMHA owned housing communities only); Program provides assistance in the form of Housing Choice Vouchers (formerly called Section 8) that enable income-eligible families to find and lease approved privately owned housing where the landlord has agreed to rent under the program. Applicants will be entered into a lottery to receive a voucher.

Provides transitional shelter for homeless women who are recuperating from an illness or injury. Offers a facility with private rooms, ongoing medical supervision, medication management, meals, and coordination with local health care providers. Residents also receive intensive case management that includes submitting housing applications, benefits review, assistance to file for SSDI and to resolve barriers to self-sufficiency, healthcare enrollment, and rent/utility assistance. Provides on-sight substance abuse/mental health assessment and treatment, support groups, and transportation to and from any needed medical or housing appointments.
The Marion Metropolitan Housing Authority releases applications for Section 8 Housing Vouchers from the office on the first Thursday of each month from 9am-11am.

The routine services for all residents of Emeritus At HillenVale include: A private single suite 24 hour security and monitoring Paid utiilities (gas, electric, water, and basic cable service) Three daily meals and snacks Activities, social functions Full laundry, housekeeping services, and suite maintenance Private suites with carpet, full bath, kitchenette, individual heat and air conditioning controls, window treatments, a personal wall safe, and cable TV. Multiple suite options are also offered.
Offers down payment and closing cost assistance to first-time home buyers who are purchasing within the City of Lima. Prospective homeowners can earn up to $10,000 towards down payment closing costs. Client will participate in mandatory home ownership classes. Homeowners who remain in their homes for 5 years can have their $10,000 loan totally forgiven.

Weatherization program can do an energy audit, insulation, inspection of heating units with repair/replacement and check for safety issues in the home.
Three levels of assisted living care are offered and an assessment is provided at intake to determine what level of care is needed. Incontinence and memory care also available. Transportation to medical appointments is available.
Community psychiatric supportive treatment. Provides intensive case management to severely mentally disabled clients and provides after hours emergency crisis intervention for their clients. Behavioral health assessment, counseling and therapy, medication management.
