Maintains a list of all Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) sites. All sites offer free meals for youth. Some sites offer breakfast and dinner meals and serve adults as well as youth. Social or recreational activities during the time of the meal may also be offered.

The Meals for Kids Site Finder was developed by USDA Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) to help children, parents, and others quickly and easily find summer meal sites near them. The site finder, available for use at no charge, is a web-based application that also works on tablets, smartphones and other mobile devices without the need to download. The mapping tool allows users to enter an address, city, state or zip code to find up to 50 nearby locations, along with their addresses, hours of operation, and contact information, and directions.

The Summer Lunch Program for children ages 0-18 is offered from June 2, 2025 to August 1, 2025.

Families in need can call 866-3-HUNGRY (Español: 877-8-HAMBRE) or text 914-342-7744 with a question that contains a keyword such as “food,” “summer,” “meals,” etc. and receive a text back that will show free meal sites closest to them.

The Salvation Army Piqua Summer Lunch Program is for children ages 0-18 yrs. No registration is required. The SFSP provides free nutritious meals, for children through age 18, to help children get the nutrition they need throughout the summer months when they do not have access to meals at school. Meals are free to all children; no enrollment and no eligibility required. Varies meal sites run until different dates.

Country Neighbor will start their summer food program for students on June 7. The program will last through August 13th. Summer Foods provides breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday to every child 18 and under. Drop-off locations and times are:

Anyone 18 and younger can come pick up lunch at the resource center every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:30am- 12:30pm until August 16th.
