Gathers, sorts, stores, and distributes surplus food products to regional charitable agencies who directly serve the community, such as soup kitchens, shelters, food pantries, churches, addiction recovery centers, and schools. Eligible food partner agencies are able to schedule appointments at the food center to shop for resources, such as fruits, vegetables, bakery items, snack items, frozen items, and canned goods.

The mission of Ohio Tri County Food Alliance/Second Harvest Food Bank SHFB, is to alleviate hunger in Clark, Champaign, and Logan Counties by sourcing and distributing nutritious food to people in need, building community partnerships, and mobilizing the public to support hunger relief. We have a series of direct programs that distribute food to those who need it. We also supply 60 food distribution partners across Champaign, Clark, and Logan counties including pantries, soup kitchens, and more.
