Provides Supportive Living program for those with developmental disabilities. Supervised living assistance in traditional group homes, apartments and foster families in the community, also provides supported living arrangements in smaller settings. Services include: personal care, skill development, health and safety planning, medical care coordination, medication administration, health and fitness activity, social and recreational pursuits, nutrition planning, meal preparation, access to religious community, financial management, and transportation.
